Covenants Amendment Vote 2025

Your voice matters!

The Park Village Covenants are nearing the end of their initial 35-year term and require a majority homeowner vote every 10 years after the initial term to avoid termination. The following proposed amendment will allow the Park Village Homeowners Association (HOA) to automatically extend the Covenants in 10-year increments unless terminated. If this amendment passes, the Covenants will remain in place and be enforceable by the HOA unless terminated under NC law. If the amendment doesn’t pass, a vote needs to be held every 10 years in order to extend the Covenants, which affects the pool, clubhouse, playground, landscaping and more.

If you are a renter, please contact your landlord or property owner with this information, in case they didn’t receive it.

Ballots may be returned in one of the following ways:
1. Email a picture of it to [email protected]
2. Give it to a current PV HOA board member
