The pool at Park Village is for Park Village residents and their guests only. Access to the pool is controlled via key fobs. To obtain a new or replacement key fob complete the Pool Registration Form and submit the completed form to R.S. Fincher.
A key fob is required to enter the pool area. The lifeguards have been instructed not to allow entry to anyone without a working key fob.
Any homeowner who is behind in their assessments will have their key fob deactivated and will not be admitted into the pool area. Twice a year, on July 15th and January 15th, if any accounts are delinquent, the key fobs associated with that household will be deactivated. They will not be reactivated until all funds due the association are current. These funds also include any late fees that have been assessed for late payments in the past. Lifeguards do not have access to this information and do not have authority to override the rules. They have simply been instructed not to let people in who do not have working key fobs.
All key fob activation and distribution will be done by the community management company RS Fincher; they can be reached at 919-362-1460.
The pool at Park Village is for Park Village residents and their guests only. The Homeowner may bring guests to the pool, but is responsible for the actions of their guests and must be with them when they are using the pool. The Homeowner is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
There is a fee for guests using the Park Village pool. The fees are $1 per person per day or $5 per family per day. Please pay your fees when you bring a guest. There is a cash box on the sign-in pedestal and we ask that all fees be deposited in this box.
All residents must sign-in at the sign-in pedestal. Please note your last name, address and how many residents/guests are attending the pool. Please deposit any applicable guest fees in the cash box on the sign-in pedestal. The log helps us to determine how many people are using the pool on a daily basis. This information is used to determine the number of lifeguards required and gives the board data to use when discussing other matters concerning pool population and upkeep.
