Did You Know You Could Rent the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse is available to Park Village Homeowners Association members for rental for their private functions. The clubhouse is also for the use of Park Village Committee sponsored events.
Guidelines for Clubhouse Reservations

- Please email info@rsfincher.com providing your event date and times you wish to reserve the PV Clubhouse.*
- An Availability Email will be sent back to you accepting your reservation if available, or denying it unavailable**
- If your request is accepted, the rental contract will be emailed to you with contract and payment procedures.***

Rental Requirements F.Y.I.
- You must be the property owner (renters must have the property owner rent the clubhouse for them)
- Homeowner's dues must be paid up to date.
- Homeowner's must have their Keyfob in order to rent the clubhouse.
How much does it cost to rent the clubhouse?
The costs to rent the clubhouse, as of October 1, 2009, are:

The $500 deposit for the clubhouse can be in the form of a personal check.
The deposit will not be cashed unless there is damage to the clubhouse.
What facilities are available in the clubhouse?
There is a full kitchen in the clubhouse, with a stove and oven, a microwavable oven, a convection oven, and a full sized refrigerator. No utensils or pots are provided, so plan on bringing your own supplies. There is a big screen TV with a VCR and DVD player. There are ten tables and approximately fifty chairs, along with a sofa, loveseat, coffee table and trashcans.
Can I use the pool in conjunction with the clubhouse?
No. Our Association's regulations prohibit the use of clubhouse guests walking back and forth from the pool to the entertainment section of the clubhouse. It is a serious safety hazard, not to mention the fact that it will absolutely ruin our Pergo flooring.
The pool is available for poolside parties on a first come, first serve basis. You are welcome to bring guests to the pool, pay the guest fees as appropriate and make use of whatever tables and chairs are available at the time. You are welcome to have food and drink at the pool (no glass please!) and can spread out onto the deck area to enjoy your time with your guests.
Can I rent the shelter at the playground?
The shelter is not available for rental, but is available on a first come, first serve basis. Feel free to have guests meet at the playground, but please bare in mind that we need to share the shelter facility amongst all of our Park Village families at all times, especially for those who may wish to park their little ones in strollers in the shade.
Who is the Clubhouse Coordinator?
The Clubhouse Coordinator is a volunteer position that is rotated among several people to accommodate everyone’s vacations and busy work and family commitment schedules. If you would be interested in volunteering some of your time to help with the management of the clubhouse, please call 919–362–1460 and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
