What does the Board do?
The PVHOA Board of Directors is a volunteer group who are elected by the homeowners of Park Village. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, and By Laws give the Board of Directors the power to adopt, amend, and repeal policies and procedures, as it deems necessary. The Board meets monthly in an open meeting forum to discuss current concerns. The Board welcomes all residents to appear and discuss any concerns they may have. To get on the agenda for the monthly Board meeting, please call 363-0013.

What do Association committees do?
Park Village has established groups and committees to assist in the management of various responsibilities and goals of the community. Committees consist of volunteer(s) (homeowners) and manage specific areas of activity for association members. Committee functions include clubhouse activities, dissemination of information via the Park Village Gazette and Web site, organize Neighborhood Watch, ensure proper upkeep of the facilities and grounds (including common outdoor areas (clubhouse, pool and playground), implement Architectural Control guidelines, and represent the community interest to local authorities. Committees hold meetings on a monthly basis or as needed.

How do I get involved in one of the community groups?
To volunteer for a committee call the community clubhouse coordinator at 523-1375. (Please leave a message and someone will get back to you) or email the committee with the links provided Committees.
